Jessica Malone joined the FPA Wealth Management team in 2025 as a Client Services Associate, bringing with her a strong foundation in client service, communication, and relationship management. Originally from South Philadelphia, Jessica relocated to Chester County to attend West Chester University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
Jessica’s professional background spans insurance, IT, and more than a decade at ManpowerGroup/Right Management, where she served as a Customer Support Specialist. In that role, she worked closely with individuals and organizations, helping clients navigate complex professional and personal transitions with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. Her experience managing sensitive situations, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering consistent, high-quality service translates seamlessly into her work supporting clients in the financial planning process.
Known for her thoughtful communication style and client-first mindset, Jessica plays an important role in ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their relationship with FPA.
Outside of the office, Jessica is passionate about law and advocacy and has supported organizations such as the Innocence Project for nearly a decade. She also enjoys rescuing and adopting pets whenever possible and is an avid fan of music and the culinary arts.
